Yoga in Hinduism is a span or era within a four age cycle. A complete Yoga starts with the Satya Yoga, via Treta Yoga and Dvapara Yoga into Kali Yoga. The derivation or origin of Yoga has been speculated to date back to pre-Vedic Indian traditions.

So many studies have certify or tested to determine the effectiveness of yoga as a correspondent intervention for schizophrenia, cancer, Asthma, and heart disease.
